So, I woke up this morning, and noticed when I opened TeamSpeak that I was not in the AFK channel where I left myself. Finding this odd, as I hadn't place myself there, I looked into the client logs and noticed Code: <08:51:39> You were moved from channel "AFK (Away From Keyboard)" to "Chat Room Charlie [16+]" by "{PR}BotHammer" So, is it normal for the bot to move you back to a channel out of AFK? If so, this is my first experience with it doing such, and I wasn't ready to be moved out, and also, moving someone BACK to a password protected channel may NOT be the best I'm thinking, as you can't determine if the person is supposed to be there upon not becoming AFK (I.E. if the channel was admin, or another channel someone had made private just a few minutes earlier)
It's nothing new, surprised you haven't noticed it before. It'll happen if you idle and the bot moves you to AFK. The proper way to unidle so it doesn't randomly move you to some channel when you go AFK later is by doing something to register you're back, such as turning on/off your mic (what your Alt button does....) and it'll happen if you get disconnected and reconnected it seems. Also it'll only move you back to a channel you can have access too without using a password I'm pretty sure. So if you've entered a locked channel, it'll stay unlocked until you leave and come back, in which case it could move you to that one. But if you were moved to it, it wouldn't be, so the bot wouldn't move you there.
Not true. I had been moved to that channel by Nimitz, and was never prompted for a password when I got moved back Code: <03:00:16> You were moved from channel "AFK (Away From Keyboard)" to "Chat Room Charlie [16+]" by "{PR} Nimitz" I was AFK, and eventually got move BACK to afk by the bot, as I was asleep the whole time, and looked at client logs this morning after I noticed I was in a channel I didn't move to.
Given we're not talking about encrypted channels with launch codes in them - I don't think it's too big of a deal.
