Currently learning how to code 2D video games with C++ as I am learning I am making a game. So far I am working on making different sprites for the game and backgrounds (will post pictures when i actually make some i got no art skills) I am going to use Unity to run it on . Also going to have to learn some stuff with unity and it's tools so it is going to be some time till I actually make some progress
I made a 2D MMO way back in the day. I'm sure it is nothing compared to what you're doing. It was a program that lets you create your own world using given tilesets (or you could make and add your own), and then have people come on and play. I'd like to see how yours goes. If you need a tester at any time I'd be more than happy to help out.
Thanks for the support I only have about another week of codeing to learn then i can really work more.
As I now have finished my class in 2D video game design. I realized i didn't learn it to the point where I can use it after it so i have lost most of the knowledge i learned. Probably mainly cause the class only took 3 weeks so it felt sort of rushed and I am not a very fast learner. So there may not much of anything with the game. But I am making a minecraft mod that I have already put some work into it. So I ma see where that goes and come back to that came with a little stronger grib on codeing.
