There are many websites dedicated to planning your character's build. Most of the information you will need to decide on which type of role and abilities your character has will come from researching many forums and YouTube videos to perfect. If you have any questions on where to find resources ask here. Otherwise create a new post in the Character Builds thread to post your personal builds and ask any questions you may have with them. There are a several websites out there that allow you to create a build plan. These are the best two I have found: Guild Wars 2 Skills - The most useful website. Gives you more customization of your build, no saves only links. GW2DB - Also good but offers less customization. Allows you to save the build if you create an account.
