    Updated the Commander’s Compendium inventory item to be account bound.
    Vitality gained via the Applied Fortitude effect is no longer bolstered on lower level characters.

    Yes, you buy a pin and you can use it on all your characters. You used to have to buy one for each character you wanted to command with and wasted a ton of gold for buying it for multiple characters.

    Scratch that, Trenttos and Golden both confirmed the pin isn't account bound. Apparently only the book you can buy is until you use it? Or maybe it didn't patch over? I'm not sure, Im too poor to have a pin.
