So i got my new MSI gtx 950. I install it its nice and tug everything is plugged in i run it and the it give me beep and is stuck frozen on the HP screen that say press ESC for startup menu. Does anyone know what problem in my pc has cuase this. Is it a hardware problem software problem BIOS stuff idk soemone help me. ( *prays that it is hopefully not a hardware problem*) This here is my current system: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03173335 thats everything except the case which doesn't really matter and power supply i currently have a 725watt psu and that is most unlikely not the problem.
First, put in your old graphics card and see if that resolves the issue. If so, then we can guarantee that the problem has something to do with the card, and not something that came up before. Second, if there are any error codes that are being thrown or specific beeps that go off, that would also be helpful
No error codes and its not a problem with the graphics card i tried my friends 750ti we had the same issue my old graphic card works fine.
