    I'd like to see general game forums for the genres. Somewhere you can post another game within a genre in the forums, along with the set forums for specific games. Maybe they're already there and I'm overlooking them though, I tend to do that. :p

    We do have general forums for both PC Gaming and Console. However we don't currently have it specified to genre. I don't see where we'd really need it drilled down to genre but it is something we can implement if more people request it.

    Well this is not really a a important site suggestion, but I was wondering if there would be a way to see yourself in the members section. When I view, I view everyone but myself. Meaning I don't see myself listed in the list. ...If that makes sense? :/

    I'd like to implement something like that, but from what I can tell so far it'll take some custom PHP modifications to the existing event calendar or a custom addon.

    Meanwhile, the official Google Calendar Chrome extension sort of takes care of that -- highlight the date/time on the event page, right click and "Add to calendar" - it'll scrape some of the info from the page and let you add it.
