Tekkit Server Updates - 2014-02-16

    As of 3:20 AM PST, the following updates are confirmed on the PR tekkit server
    1. Per the player polls, server difficulty has been changed to "hard"
    2. Per the player polls, creeper block damage is remaining enabled
    3. a dynmap full-render has been scheduled to execute once per-day at 3:30 AM Pacific Standard Time. This will solve issues of "holes" in dynmap.
    4. @{PR} Liam has been inducted as a tekkit specialist and admin
    5. @jarabis has been inducted as a tekkit specialist and admin
    Todo List:
    1. Update PR wiki with server info, including links, admins, guides, and lists of plugins and mods
    2. Look at additional plugins, evaluate the server for changes that could be implemented to improve performance, balance, and player satisfaction.
    3. Continue to interface with server provider concerning current downtime issues
    4. Configure off-site backups of the tekkit server for redundancy.
    Please note:
    At this time, additional mods will NOT be added to the server. The reason for this is that while PLUGINS are server-side only, mods require clients to have the mod installed client side as well. This means that every client must have the same mods as the server, requiring each and every client to manually install mods, or for staff to take the time to create a custom mod pack. This is not being considered now.
