Heh. I got tired of the MONTHS of them trying to tell me I didn't configure this or that right, or my ports weren't forwarded right, etc. I'm a damn systems admin. I've got logs of UPnP working, I have fucking tcpdumps and of ports being correct, and things working. And in the end, when I fix the issue myself, it's due to an UNDOCUMENTED issue on part of DE, and not something I did incorrectly. And so yeah, after months of UNHELPFUL service and support, and not being able to play properly with family and friends, I was a bit ticked off.
