Currently specialists cannot give people the rank friends of {PR} so they can leave the sticky channel. I bring quite a few of my mates into ts so hope it gets fixed soon
They aren't supposed to be able to. I'm skeptical enough stretching out the power to all of the CMs, but I trust they've been here long enough to know not to abuse it - stretching it to Specialists would be purposely putting my hand on the stove. I'm aware you have a couple friends that come in pretty often and there are conflicting timezones that can make it difficult, even with all of the people that can add them, so just let me know how many exactly there are and I can make privilege keys for them for the group.
